At Loveramics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-quality ceramics; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack With Care

  Securely place the items in their original Loveramics gift boxes and shipping carton, ensuring plenty of padding to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned ceramics for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
